1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing Elliott Wave Insights (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. USE LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site
for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content
  • Modify or create derivatives of content
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Engage in harassment or abuse
  • Violate any laws or regulations

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (analysis, charts, text, graphics) is the property of Elliott Wave
Insights or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without
permission.

4. PAID MEMBERSHIPS

4.1 Monthly Membership ($49/month)

  • Billed monthly on the same date
  • Access to premium analysis + live community
  • Cancel anytime via dashboard or email
  • Refund: None after subscription processed

4.2 Quarterly Membership ($119/quarter)

  • Billed every 3 months
  • Access to premium analysis + live community
  • Cancel anytime via dashboard or email
  • Refund: None after subscription processed

4.3 Free Membership

  • Discord community access only
  • Free trial periods end automatically
  • No payment required

4.4 Subscription Policies

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You are responsible for maintaining payment method
  • We may change prices with 30 days’ notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

5. PAYMENT

  • Payments processed via Stripe (third-party processor)
  • Stripe handles your payment data, not us
  • You are responsible for all charges
  • We accept major credit/debit cards only

6. CHANGES TO SERVICES

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue services
  • Change membership benefits
  • Update pricing with 30 days’ notice
  • Remove content without notice

7. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT

You are responsible for all content you post in Discord or other community areas.
You agree not to post:

  • Illegal content
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users without notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
  • We are not liable for third-party content or external links
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We
do not warrant that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis is accurate or profitable
  • Content is complete or current

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services (Stripe, Discord, Google Analytics). You agree to
their terms of service as well.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will
be resolved in UK courts.
